Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n.196

Adue Interni protects the privacy of visitors to its website www.studiohope.it (hereinafter, the "Site") by adopting all the most suitable measures for the protection of personal data in accordance with the provisions of the law. This information describes the methods of processing the information provided by visitors to the Studio HOPE website,   www.studiohope.it , and the methods of processing personal data.
Any "personal data" collected through the website www.studiohope.it   will be treated in accordance with European Union legislation (Directive 95/46 EU), as well as with Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 ("Code regarding the protection of personal data").
The information is intended for all those who interact with the web pages of the Site, both to those who use the Site without registering, and to those who, at the end of a specific procedure, register on the Site and use the services on line secured by means of it. This information is provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, as well as in compliance with Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European Authorities for the Protection of Personal Data, gathered in the Group established by art. 29 of the Directive n. 95/46 / EC, adopted on May 17, 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for the disclosure of personal data online.
The data processing is carried out in compliance with the rights of fundamental freedoms, as well as in the dignity of the interested party, with particular reference to confidentiality and personal identity and the right to protection of personal data. Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, therefore, we provide you with the following information:

Information gathering
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition, by HOPE, of the sender's e-mail address, necessary to respond to the sender's requests (including the sending of informative material concerning its products / services) as well as any other relevant personal data.

The provision of personal data is optional. Any partial or total failure to provide data by the visitor to the Site will result in the partial or total impossibility of achieving the purposes described in this information and therefore the impossibility of following up on any requests forwarded through the Site.

Other information collected by this site may be provided automatically when the site is accessed.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

Retention of information

    • information on the origin of personal data, on the purposes and methods of processing, on the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;

    • indication of the identification details of the Data Controller and of the Managers, as well as possibly of the representative designated by a foreign subject to process data in Italy;

    • information about the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as appointed representative on the territory of the state, managers or agents;

  3. obtain:

    • the updating, rectification or integration of the data concerning you;

    • the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;

    • the attestation of the fact that the operations referred to in the preceding points have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment is impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;

  4. object, in whole or in part:

Pursuant to art. 10 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 when, following the request referred to in Article 7 paragraphs 1 and 2 letters a), b) and c), the existence of data concerning the interested party is not confirmed, it can be requested by writing an expense contribution not exceeding the costs actually incurred for the research carried out in the specific area.
