Pilates teacher, movement teacher for the actors and dancer. After attending the dance theater course at the Paolo Grassi Civic School of Theater, where he is currently a teacher of movement for the preparatory courses, he begins training in Pilates at the Italian Pilates School following the Stott method.

He achieves the certification in Pilates Matwork, small tools and machinery. He also received the Blackroll Training, which involves the use of specific equipment that allows you to work the connective tissue.

He is currently continuing his training through refresher courses and is expanding his knowledge by attending a Yoga School.

He teaches in several Pilates centers in Milan, holding free body and machinery courses.
